What do I do if there is a problem with my match?

If a problem arises in-game, such as your opponent cheating, it is still necessary to record evidence in order to support your claims.

Once the match is completed, please submit a Match: Scores Dispute ticket and describe the problem and include your evidence. Your proof will then be reviewed, and the match outcome will be reversed once we confirm the opposing team should be forfeited.

If your match is not premium, please submit a Match: WW2 CMRS In-Game Issues ticket.
